EU4Health
A vision for a healthier European Union

The EU4Health programme is the European Union’s largest health initiative, investing over €5 billion from 2021 to 2027 to strengthen health systems, improve public health, and enhance crisis preparedness across Europe.
The programme focuses on health promotion and disease prevention, stronger crisis preparedness and response to cross‑border health threats, improved access to affordable medicines and medical devices, and the modernisation of healthcare systems through digital transformation and data-driven decision‑making.
EU4Health supports concrete actions, partnerships, and funding opportunities for Member States and health stakeholders, ensuring safer, more accessible, and more resilient healthcare for all Europeans.
